1. If you need to return any product, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting Direct2Docs before shipping the unit back:

3. Please keep all packaging including the box and insert for the return of the equipment. If you do not have the original packaging, please be sure to package the unit safely and securely for shipment.
