Therefore, the best part of the new DigiDop is inside - we use digital signal processing similar to high-end audio equipment to reduce unwanted background noise and let the doppler sounds through bright and clear.

We Call it DOP - Digitally Optimized Processing. To get technical, unlike older Dopplers of our competition, we can change the filters in the main unit to optimize the sound of each probe. In addition, DOP also lets us use noise reduction technology and powerful autocorrelation techniques to calculate the heartrate.

D2 - 2MHz Probe The 2 MHz obstetrical probe is optimized for deep penetration. Best for use on larger patients late term pregnancy.

D2W - 2MHz Waterproof Probe The 2MHz waterproof obstetrical probe is made for use during late term pregnancy in water applications.

D3 - 3MHz Probe The 3 MHz obstetrical probe is optimized for early fetal heart detection and designed for use during the entire pregnancy It is the best general purpose obstetrical probe.

D3W - 3MHz Waterproof Probe The 3 MHz waterproof obstetrical probe is optimized for early fetal heart detection and for use during the entire pregnancy in water applications.

Vascular Probes:

D5 - 5MHz Probe The 5 MHz vascular probe is designed to ease location of deeper vessels. The medium width beam and pencil-style shape provides optimum sensitivity and ease of use. Ideal for brachial, carotid, and femoral arteries, as well as deep veins.

D8 - 8MHz Probe The 8 MHz vascular probe is designed to ease location of surface vessels. The narrow beam and pencil-style shape provides optimum sensitivity and ease of use (It is the best general purpose vascular probe). Best for shallow vessels like the radial, ankle, foot, digits, and penile.

PPG - PPG Vascular Probe The PPG is a photo-plethysmography probe that uses infrared light sensing to detect blood flow. Varying levels of flow produce an audio signal that corresponds to blood flow. It is useful for detecting flow in the digits.
